Investigation on the Talent Situation of Jiangxi's New Energy Industry and Strategies for Talent Introduction and Development
In order to understand the talent situation in the new energy industry in Jiangxi and strengthen the talent introduction and education work in the new energy industry,methods such as questionnaire surveys,on-site visits,and discussions were used to conduct in-depth investigations on the introduction,cultivation,and loss of talents in important new energy industry gathering areas such as Shangrao,Yichun,Xinyu,and Ganzhou.The survey shows that Jiangxi's new energy enterprises face problems such as a lack of high-level and skilled talents,a lack of attractiveness in talent attraction policies,a lack of policies for independent talent cultivation,and a lack of interaction between industry and education integration.Based on the research results,efforts will be made to accelerate the introduction of special policies,strengthen talent attraction rewards,encourage enterprises to carry out internal training,actively promote the integration of industry and education to enhance talent attraction in the new energy industry.
