Connotation,Challenges, and Pathways of Green Agricultural Development under the"Double Carbon"Goals
To enhance agricultural ecological protection and restoration, alleviate the environmental pressure of agricultural production, and achieve sustainable agricultural development, this paper examines the practical challenges faced by China's agricultural green development under the"double carbon"goal.Based on this analysis,we propose targeted countermeasures tailored to China's specific national conditions for agricultural green development. The findings reveal that agricultural green development represents a coordinated model that balances agricultural growth with ecological preservation and resource utilization. However, agricultural green development under the"double carbon"goal encounters challenges such as scarcity of agricultural resources, outdated agricultural production technologies, inadequate policies and regulations, and imperfect market mechanisms.Drawing on previous research,we can effectively advance the transformation and upgrading of agricultural production methods through innovative approaches in modes, technologies, and institutional mechanisms.Ultimately, this can foster a win-win scenario where economic and ecological benefits mutually reinforce and co-develop.
