某新能源电厂运维精益化管理优化分析

为了提高国网哈密某新能源电厂运维精益化管理水平,针对该新能源电厂在运维管理精益化流程方面的实际问题,结合电厂实际发电量和层次分析法(AHP)建立的数学模型进行分析。结果表明:近些年该新能源电厂"重建设、轻运维",运维精益化管理的发展还存在着安全生产理念不够完善、运行维护管理制度滞后、生产技术管理水平较低等问题。因此对该电厂运维精益化管理的安全生产管理、运行维护管理、生产技术管理进行系统的优化,提高电厂的安全性和稳定性、人员运维水平和安保意识;增加供电可靠性,降低设备停机次数,减少损耗;降低意外事故的发生率、设备的损耗和维修次数,降低运维成本,最终达到电厂生产效率和能源利用率的提高。
Optimization Analysis of Operation and Maintenance Lean Management in a New Energy Power Plant
In order to improve the level of lean management of operation and maintenance of a new energy power plant in Hami,in view of the actual problems in the process of lean management of operation and maintenance of the new energy power plant,the mathematical model established in combination with the actual power generation of the power plant and the AHP is analyzed.The results show that in recent years,the new energy power plant pays more attention to construction than maintenance,and the lean management of operation and maintenance still has some problems.Therefore,the safety production management,operation maintenance management and production technology management of the lean management of operation and maintenance of the power plant shall be systematically optimized to improve the safety and stability,personnel operation and maintenance level and security awareness of the power plant;the reliability of power supply shall be increased,the number of shutdown of equipment shall be reduced,and the loss shall be reduced;the incidence of accidents,the loss of equipment and the number of maintenance shall be reduced,and the operation and maintenance costs shall be reduced,so as to finally achieve the improvement of the production efficiency and energy utilization rate of the power plant.
