超临界锅炉复合全负荷脱硝技术应用实践

为实现燃煤锅炉全时段NOx的达标排放,在当前宽负荷脱硝技术的基础上提出了一种650 MW超临界机组冷态启动"省煤器给水旁路+#2高加汽源改接"的全负荷脱硝改造方案.结果表明:中速暖机时提高了 #2高加出口给水温度10 ℃以上,并且使点火初期烟气升温至满足脱硝系统投运条件,实现了机组并网前净烟气NOx时均值达到超低排放限值要求.并网前大幅度降低给水吸热量使脱硝系统投运后SCR反应器入口烟温始终维持在300℃及以上.超临界机组应用深度调峰,可在15%~100%的负荷范围内完成全过程自动调节.
Application Practice of Composite Full Load Denitration Technology in Supercritical Boiler
In order to achieve the standard emission of NOx from coal-fired boilers throughout the entire period and based on the current wide load denitrification technology,a full load denitrification retrofit scheme for cold startup of 650 MW supercritical unit called"Economizer feedwater bypass+Steam source conversion of 2HP"was proposed.Results showed that,the outlet feedwater temperature of #2 high-pressure heater was increased by more than 10 ℃ during medium speed warm-up.The flue gas temperature was raised to meet the operating conditions of the denitrification system during the initial ignition stage,and the mean value of NOx in the clean flue gas can achieve the ultra-low emission limits before the unit is connected to the grid.Before grid connection,significantly reduce the heat absorption of feedwater can maintain the inlet flue gas temperature of SCR reactor at 300 ℃ or above after the denitrification system was put into operation.Applied to deep peak shaving of supercritical units,automatic adjustment of the entire process can be completed within a load range of 15%to 100%.
