Effect of Oxygen-enriched Combustion on Heat Recovery Efficiency of Grate Cooler
To verify the change of heat recovery efficiency of grate cooler before and after using oxygen-enriched combustion technology in cement kiln.Taking the technical reform of 4 500 t/d cement production line for oxygen-enriched combustion in a cement plant as an example, the changes of main technical and economic indexes of grate cooler system before and after the technical reform are analyzed and compared, and the heat recovery efficiency of grate cooler after the technical reform is calculated. The results show that the secondary and tertiary air temperature and total air volume are increased after the transformation of oxygen-enriched combustion technology in cement production process, and the heat recovery efficiency of the grate cooler is promoted. When the oxygen content in the oxygen-rich air reaches 36.6%,the heat recovery efficiency of the grate cooler reaches 71.1%.The heat recovery efficiency of the grate cooler is increased by 0.6%compared with 70.5%in the air-assisted combustion. The technology conforms to the"two-carbon"strategy and helps to save energy and reduce carbon in the cement production process.
