Analysis of Oxygen Enriched Combustion Technology in Cement Clinker Firing System
In response to the national"14th Five-Year Plan"and"double carbon"policy to promote energy conservation and emission reduction in the cement industry.Taking a 4 000 t/d cement production line in calcination stage using oxygen-rich gas with oxygen content of 30%as an example,a mathematical model was established to analyze its economic and environmental benefits. At the same time, the sensitivity of annual input oxygen cost, annual total income and annual CO2 emission to oxygen production cost and oxygen content of oxygen-rich air was explored. The results show that it is technically feasible to use oxygen-enriched combustion technology to save energy and reduce emission in cement production. When the O2 content in oxygen-rich air reaches 30%,the annual coal consumption is 9 280 tons, the annual coal saving cost is 9.697 6 million yuan, the annual total income is 5.513 6 million yuan, and the annual emission reduction is 19 024 tons of CO2,it has good energy saving benefits, economic benefits and environmental benefits;the economic benefit is inversely proportional to the cost of producing oxygen and the oxygen content of oxygen-rich air,and the environmental benefit is proportional to the oxygen content of oxygen-rich air.The technology conforms to the national"double carbon"policy and helps to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in the cement industry.
