斜温层储热罐动态特性及影响因素分析

为分析斜温层储热罐的动态特性,建立了一维非稳态数学模型,研究了储热罐内斜温层的变化规律,工质质量流量、储热罐径高比和热流体温度对斜温层储热水罐性能的影响。结果表明:随着储热过程的进行,储热罐内斜温层厚度先增加后减小;工质质量流量越大,斜温层的移动速度越快,斜温层厚度越大,斜温层厚度可增加6。7%;储热罐径高比越大,斜温层的移动速度越慢,斜温层厚度越小,斜温层厚度可下降8。3%;热流体温度对斜温层运动特性没有影响,但热流体温度越高,斜温层厚度越大,斜温层厚度可增加7。7%。
Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics and Influencing Factors of the Thermocline Tank
In order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the inclined temperature layer heat storage tank,a one-dimen-sional non-stationary mathematical model was established,and the changing law of the inclined temperature layer in the heat storage tank,the influence of the mass flow rate of the work material,the diameter to height ratio of the heat storage tank and the temperature of the thermal fluid on the performance of the inclined layer hot water tank were investigated.The results show that,with the heat storage process,the thickness of the slant temperature layer in the heat storage tank increases and then decreases.The larger the mass flow rate of the work mass,the faster the slant temperature layer moves,the larger the thickness of the slant temperature layer,the slant temperature layer thickness can be increased by 6.7%.The larger the diameter-to-height ratio of the heat storage tank is,the slower the slant temperature layer moves,the smaller the thickness of the layer is,and the thickness of the slant temperature layer can be reduced by 8.3%.The temperature of the thermal fluid has no effect on the slant temperature layer characteristics.The thermal fluid temperature has no effect on the movement characteristics of the slant temperature layer,but the higher the thermal fluid temperature,the greater the thickness of the slant temperature layer,and the thickness of the slant temperature layer can be increased by 7.7%.
