Comparison and Analysis of Two Energy Saving Calculation Methods in a Copper and Copper Alloy Pipe Production Enterprise
To help companies better control energy consumption,reduce energy waste and improve energy efficiency,an energy saving audit was conducted on a copper and copper alloy pipe production enterprise in Jiangxi province.Two energy saving calculation methods were used,and the differences in calculation results and the actual implementation of special subsidy funds by the enterprise were compared.The results indicate that if a company has multiple energy-saving technologi-cal renovation projects,when using the overall method to calculate energy-saving data is too large and the established regression model is not applicable,the results obtained by using the measure method are more accurate and more conducive to the actual application of industrial energy-saving special funds by the company.This provides a certain reference for future energy-saving audits of similar enterprises.
