Driving factors and action logic of farmers'participating in digital countryside construction:a case study based on pilot practice in D village of Cao county
Based on the typical case of the pilot practice of digital village in D village of Cao county, this paper adopts qualitative research methods such as interview and participatory observation to empirically analyze the influencing factors and action logic of farmers'participation in digital countryside construction from the perspective of participatory governance theory and CLEAR model. The results show that as the backbone of building and maintaining rural social order, farmers'participation in digital countryside construction is mainly influenced by five micro-factors:"like to do,asked to do,enabled to do,can do,and do as a response".Driven by these five factors, farmers mainly follow the action path of"digital identification-digital empowerment-digital participation-digital negotiation"to participate in digital countryside costruction, and form a dynamic closed loop with deepening participation. However, there remain some unavoidable difficulties in participation practice. Therefore,it is suggested to further stimulate the endogenous willingness of farmers to participate, ensure the smooth channels of farmers'participation, improve the ability and literacy of farmers to participate, and maintain the negotiation environment of farmers'participation so as to improve the overall efficiency of digital countryside construction.
