丁子香酚对辣椒疫霉菌的毒力测定

为了筛选对辣椒疫霉菌有抑制作用的安全性药剂,在室内比较了丁子香酚和甲霜·霜霉威对辣椒疫霉菌菌丝生长的抑制效果,结果表明:丁子香酚可溶液剂和甲霜·霜霉威可湿性粉剂对辣椒疫霉菌的EC50值分别为0.0851和23.8451μg/mL.
Toxicity Test of Eugenol to Phytophthora capsici
In order to screen friendly and high - efficient fungicides to Phytophthora capsici, the inhibition of Eugenol soluble solution and Metalaxyl · propamocarb WP to the mycelium growth of Phytophthora capsici was tested in the laboratory. The toxicity test showed that the EC50 values of 3 g/kg Eugenol and 25％ Metalaxyl · propamocarb to Phytophthora capsici were O. 0851 and 23.8451 μg/mL, respectively.
