采用农膜覆盖保湿、双层遮阳网覆盖降温的桉树扦插繁殖方式,研究了在不同时期用不同植物生长调节剂处理插条的成活率,结果表明:扦插成活率受季节的影响显著,春季的成活率最高,秋季次之,夏季最低;用1000 mg/L IBA、生根粉(以IBA、NAA等混入滑石粉配制而成)、500 mg/L NAA处理与对照相比,能显著提高扦插桉树的成活率.
Research on Seedling- raising Techniques of Eucalyptus through Cuttage
The seedling of Eucalyptus was raised by using cuttage under the conditions of keeping humidity with plastic film mulching and reducing temperature with two layers of shading web covering, and the survival rate of its cuttings treated with different plant growth regulators in different periods was studied. The results indicated that the survival rate of the cuttings was markedly affected by season, it got the highest survival rate in spring, followed by that in autumn, and the lowest survival rate was found in summer. The survival rate of the cuttings which were treated with 1000 mg/L IBA, rooting powder (the mixture of IBA, NAA, talcum powder and so on) and 300 mg/L NAA was remarkably higher than that of the control.
