On the basis of consulting large numbers of references, the paper completely analyzes the research progress in the breeding of yellow flesh peach in China, including breeding units, breeding history, breeding years of new varieties, breeding method, selection of parent and the main fruit characteristics, and puts forward some suggestions on yellow flesh peach breeding in China in the future.
