Comparative Study on Fruit Quality of Five Eurasia Grape Varieties
Several fruit quality indexes of S Eurasia grape varieties were tested and compared, the results showed that: the soluble sugar content in the fruits of these varieties was 15% -19% , the protein content was 0.31 ~0.31 mg/g, the content of amino acid was 1.41 -2.29 μg/g, the acidity was0. 15% -0.62% , and the orders of different fruit quality indexes were different among 5 varieties. In production practice, the variety "Xinmeirenzhi" showed good comprehensive quality and had better planting prospects.
