花叶富贵榕组培快繁技术研究

研究了花叶富贵榕的组培快繁技术.结果表明:最佳外植体为一年生的茎尖或茎段;继代增殖最佳培养基为MS+BA 2.00 mg/L+ NAA 0.05 mg/L;最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+ NAA 0.5 mg/L;2000~2500 lx的光照强度有利于芽苗的生长;泥炭土基质有利于试管苗的移栽成活.
Study on Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation Technologies of Ficus elastica
The paper studied the tissue culture and rapid propagation technologies of Ficus elastic. The results showed that the annual stem tip or stem section was the best explants, the optimum medium for shoot proliferation was MS + BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 05 mg/L, and the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2 MS + NAA 0. 5 mg/L. The illumination intensity from 2000 to 2500 lx was beneficial to the growth of bud and seedling, and the peat soil substrate was favorable for the survival of the transplanted test - tube plantlets.
