Research Progress in Chemical Constituents of Zizyphus jujuba
This article reviewed the study progress in the chemical constituents and functions of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.in recent 30 years at home and abroad , in order to provide references for its effective utilization and industrial development .Nearly 200 kinds of chemical constituents have been detected from Chinese jujube , including 37 alkaloids, 12 saponins, 8 flavonoids, 32 organic acids, 2 cetamides, 18 amino acids, 36 microelements, massive carbohydrates , vitamins, sterols and nucleosides .
