采用转相法，对乳化剂、防冻剂和增稠剂等进行了筛选，确定了5％百里香酚水乳剂的最优配方：百里香酚质量分数为5％，溶剂乙醇质量分数为15％，乳化剂 SC－102质量分数为6％，防冻剂丙二醇质量分数为1％；增稠剂琼脂的质量分数为0．2％，助表面活性剂正丁醇和水溶性氮酮的质量分数分别为1％和2％，用双蒸水补足至100％。用上述配方所制备的5％百里香酚水乳剂各项指标合格，并且经常温、冷贮（0±2）℃14 d、热贮（54±2）℃14 d 未出现析油、析水、分层现象，所制备的制剂黏度小、倾倒性佳，利于分装。
Screening of Formulas for 5% Thymol Emulsion in Water
Through the screening of emulsifiers, antifreezes, thickeners and so on by using phase transfer method, the optimum formula of 5% thymol emulsion in water (EW) was obtained as follows: 5% (mass fraction, the same below) thymol, 15% ethanol (solvent), 6% SC-102 (emulsifier), 1% propylene glycol (antifreeze), 0.2% agar (thickener), 1% n-butanol(cosurfactant ), and 2% water-soluble azone (active agent), with double-distilled water up to 100%.All indexes of the prepared 5% thymol EW with the above optimum formula were up to standard , and its oil separation, water separation and stratification were not found after 14 days’storage at normal temperature , (0±2) ℃ or (54±2) ℃. The prepared 5% thymol EW possessed low viscosity , which made it easier to pour out and subpackage .
