基于SSR标记对茶树紫阳群体种种质资源的遗传多样性研究

利用25对SSR分子标记对30份陕西茶树紫阳群体种种质和9份茶树对照品种的遗传多样性进行了研究,结果共扩增出清晰、稳定条带236条,平均每对标记扩增9.44条,其中多态性条带数为225条,多态率达95.34%.茶树紫阳群体种不同种质间的遗传距离在0.195~0.736之间,平均遗传距离为0.591,其中ZY01与ZY18之间的遗传距离最大(0.736),亲缘关系最远;ZY10与ZY12之间的遗传距离最小(0.195),亲缘关系最近.当遗传距离为0.640时,可将39份茶树材料聚类为13类,其中30份茶树紫阳群体种种质被聚为10类.结果表明安康茶树紫阳群体种种质资源的遗传多样性较高.
Genetic Diversity of Camellia sinensis Ziyang Population Germplasm Resources Based on SSR Markers
Thirty Camellia sinensis Ziyang germplasm resources and 9 Camellia sinensis cultivars were used to analyze the genetic diversity based on 25 pairs of SSR markers.A total of 236 stable and clear bands were amplified,with an average of 9.44 bands per one marker.Among them,225 bands were polymorphic,with a polymorphism rate of 95.34%.The genetic distance of Camellia sinensis Ziyang populations were 0.195~0.736,with an average genetic distance of 0.591.The genetic distance between ZY01 and ZY18 was the largest(0.736),with the farthest genetic relationship.The genetic distance between ZY10 and ZY12 was the smallest(0.195),with the closest genetic relationship.When the genetic distance was 0.640,39 tea tree materials could be clustered into 13 categories,of which 30 Camellia sinensis Ziyang population germplasm resources were clustered into 10 categories.The results indicated that the genetic diversity of Camellia sinensis Ziyang population germplasm resources was higher.
