Study on Formula Experiment of Lentinual edodes Cultivation with Waste Tangerine Branches
The effects of different culture materials on the cultivation of Lentinula edodes were studied by using tangerine sawdust instead of miscellaneous sawdust in the culture medium.The results showed that the mycelium of Lentinus edodes was dense,white and strong when the culture medium of 20%~40%Tangerine sawdust was added.The mycelium growth rate,biological efficiency,agronomic traits and three extracellular enzyme(carboxymethyl cellulase,laccase and xylanase)activities were higher than those of the control.The fruiting body contains 7 essential amino acids and 10 non-essential amino acids.The contents of essential amino acids,non-essential amino acids,total amino acids,umami amino acids,bitter amino acids,medicinal amino acids and nutritional indices were increased with the increase of the proportion of tangerine sawdust.Amino acid score,chemical score,essential amino acid index,amino acid ratio coefficient and biological price increased first and then decreased,but all of them were higher than those of the control.The content of mercury and cadmium was lower than that of the control,and no pesticide residue was detected.
