双碳背景下四川省农业生态效率动态演进研究

基于2015-2021年四川省21个市(州)的面板数据,采用非期望产出的超效率SBM模型对其农业生态效率进行了测度,并运用全局自相关分析对四川省农业生态效率的时空演变特征进行了分析,结果表明:(1)四川省农业生态效率总体呈现出先波动变化后稳定上升的发展趋势,五大经济区具有明显的分级特征,具体表现为川西北生态经济区>攀西经济区>川南经济区>成都平原经济区>川东北经济区;(2)四川省各市(州)具有较强空间异质性和不均衡性,空间格局呈现出"中西高—东部低"的分布特征;(3)四川省的农业生态效率具有空间正相关性和空间集聚特征均逐渐增强的发展趋势,呈现HH集聚和LL集聚的空间格局.最后,提出了优化农业结构,发挥政府引导作用;促进区域联动,发挥增长极作用;探索区域差异,发挥地区优势等对策建议,以期推动四川省低碳农业和农业高质量发展.
Dynamic Evolution of Agricultural Ecological Efficiency in Sichuan Province under Dual-carbon Background
Based on the panel data of 21 cities(prefectures)in Sichuan Province from 2015 to 2021,this paper adopted the super-efficiency SBM model with non-expected output to measure agricultural eco-efficiency,and comprehensively applied global autocorrelation analysis to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of agricultural eco-efficiency in Sichuan Province.The results show that:(1)The agricultural eco-efficiency in Sichuan Province shows a stable rising trend after fluctuation.The five major economic zones have obvious classification characteristics,which are Northwest Sichuan Ecological Demonstration Zone>Panxi Economic Zone>Southern Sichuan Economic Zone>Chengdu Plain Economic Zone>Northeast Sichuan Economic Zone.(2)The cities(prefectures)in Sichuan Province have strong spatial heterogeneity and imbalance,and the spatial pattern presents the distribution characteristics of"high in the east and west and low in the east".(3)The agricultural eco-efficiency in Sichuan Province has a positive spatial correlation and a trend of gradually strengthening spatial agglomeration,showing a spatial pattern of HH agglomeration and LL agglomeration.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of optimizing agricultural planting and industrial structure,coordinating the joint effect of efficiency progress and technological progress,promoting regional linkage by growth poles,and exploring the different characteristics of the five economic zones to develop special agriculture,so as to promote the low-carbon agriculture and high-quality agricultural development in Sichuan Province.
