Effects of Combined Application of Organic Fertilizer,Biochar and Microbial Agent on Polyphenols and Chemical Composition of Flue-cured Tobacco
Yunyan 87 was selected as the research object.A three-factor,three-level orthogonal experimental design was implemented, and nine treatments including three levels of biochar application(900 kg/hm2,1800 kg/hm2 and 2700 kg/hm2),three levels of microbial inoculant application(30 kg/hm2,60 kg/hm2 and 90 kg/hm2)and three types of organic fertilizers(sheep manure, sesame cake and rapeseed cake)were set up.Inorganic fertilizer treatment was used the control. The effects of these treatments on polyphenols and conventional chemical components of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the applition amount of biochar was the primary factor affecting the polyphenol content and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco. With the increase of biochar application, the total sugar, reducing sugar and the content of various polyphenolic substances increased, and the 2700 kg/hm2 biochar application level was the best. The amount of microbial inoculant applied was also an important factor affecting the polyphenol content and chemical composition. As the microbial inoculant application increased, the total sugar, reducing sugar, polyphenolic and chlorogenic acid content increased, and the 60 kg/hm2 microbial inoculant application level was the best.Organic fertilizer had a smaller impact on the polyphenol content and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco, and sheep manure showed relatively better performance. In summary, the best combination was 2700 kg/hm2 of biochar,60 kg/hm2 of microbial inoculant and sheep manure. This combination can be applied to the fertilizer management of flue-cured tobacco in Liangshan.
