摘要

饲用抗菌肽技术的开发与应用,目前仍主要处在第1、第2阶段,第3阶段仍以研发为主.采用基因工程技术提高抗菌肽表达量、降低成本,实现廉价、规模化生产仍是一个亟待解决的问题.合成生物学技术具有可利用再生资源、发酵过程中间体无需纯化、不需要保护基、高立体选择性等优势.因此,开发新型抗菌肽,实现低成本规模化生产有望成为可能,是未来一个新的发展方向.

Abstract

At present,the technology development and application of feed antimicrobial peptides are still in the 1st and 2nd stage,and the 3rd stage is still dominated by research and development.It is still an urgent problem to improve the expression,realize low-cost and large-scale production of antimicrobial peptides by genetic engineering.Synthetic biology technology has the advantages of utilizing renewable resources,without the need for intermediate purification and protective base,high stereo selectivity during the fermentation process.It is possible to develop new antimicrobial peptides to realize low-cost and large-scale production,which is a new direction.
