Effects of Green Manure on Diversity of Arthropod Functional Groups in Coffee Orchards
In order to explore the effects of green manure on the diversity of functional arthropod groups in coffee orchards, the investigation of arthropod communities was conducted by searching methods in three types coffee orchards in July and November 2021(CK:Conventional planting coffee orchards;ML:Coffee orchard with green manure Macroptilium lathyroides;NW:Coffee orchard with green manure Neonotonia wightii),and the diversity and community stability of each functional group were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 161 arthropod individuals were collected from the coffee orchard CK,representing 22 species,108 arthropod individuals were collected from the coffee orchard ML,representing 34 species, and 101 arthropod individuals were collected from the coffee orchard NW,representing 27 species. The Margalef index,Shannon-Wiener index and Pielou index of functional arthropod groups in coffee orchards planted with green manure were higher than those of the functional predatory groups in the coffee orchard CK,while the Simpson index of the functional predatory groups in the coffee orchard CK was significantly higher than that of functional arthropod groups in coffee orchards planted with green manure. The Ss/Si index and Sa/Sp index of arthropod community in coffee orchards planted with green manure were higher than those in the coffee orchard CK.Canonical correspondence analysis shows that the species and individuals of predators is higher in coffee orchards planted with green manure. The arthropod community is more stable, and the relationship between predators and herbivorous pests is more obvious, which is more conducive to the green prevention and control of pests in coffee orchards planted with green manure.
