摘要
农业作为兵团的优势产业,运用农工合作社进一步激发农业产业的潜在价值,盘活全产业链条多方资源,推动乡村振兴,是未来发展的重要方向.以兵团某典型师市数据为基础,通过文献研究与实地调研,总结了兵团农工合作社基础型、经典型、引领型等3种典型发展模式,指出了农工合作社在发展中存在整体大而不优、内部管理亟待提升、外部条件尚未健全等困境.因此,针对性地提出了强化基层党建引领、理顺内部运行机制、完善外部支撑架构等优化路径,以期推动兵团农工合作社高质量发展.
Abstract
Agriculture is the dominant industry of the Corps,and the important role of agricultural and industrial cooperatives in promoting rural revitalization further stimulates the potential value of the agricultural industry,activates the resources of the whole industrial chain,and promotes rural revitalization,which is an important direction of future development.Based on the data of a typical division and city of the Corps,through literature research and field research,the paper summarizes three typical development modes of the agricultural and industrial cooperative of the Corps,namely the basic type,the classic type and the leading type.It is pointed out that there are some difficulties in the development of agricultural and industrial cooperatives,such as the overall situation is large but not excellent,the internal management needs to be improved,and the external conditions are not perfect.Therefore,the optimization paths such as strengthening the guidance of grassroots party building,rationalizing the internal operating mechanism,and improving the external support structure were put forward,in order to promote the high-quality development of the Corps'agricultural and industrial cooperatives.
