基于DEA-Malmquist模型的临沂市农业生产效率研究

选取2013-2021年临沂市各县区农业生产要素的投入、产出面板数据,基于投入导向的DEA-BCC模型对临沂市农业生产效率进行了测算与评价,使用Malmquist指数对临沂市农业全要素生产率进行了测算与分解,并从动态变化角度分析了农业生产效率的年际变化趋势.结果表明:临沂市各县区的农业生产效率差异较大、总体水平较低,且多数县区处于规模报酬递增趋势;临沂市农业全要素生产率提升的动力主要源于技术进步,且年均增长率呈上升趋势.鉴于此,提出了优化生产要素投入,提升规模效率;加强农业技术的研发与推广,促进农业技术进步;加大财政支出力度,提高农业生产效率等政策建议.
Research on Agricultural Production Efficiency in Linyi City Based on DEA-Malmquist Model
The input-output panel data of agricultural production factors in various districts and counties of Linyi from 2013 to 2021 were selected,and agricultural production efficiency in Linyi was measured and evaluated based on the input-oriented DEA-BCC model.The Malmquist index was used to dynamically analyze the agricultural production efficiency in Linyi,and the interannual variation trend of efficiency was analyzed from the dynamic point of view.The results show that there are significant differences in agricultural production efficiency among different regions of Linyi.The overall level is low,and most regions are in a trend of increasing returns to scale.The driving force for the improvement of agricultural total factor productivity in Linyi mainly comes from technological progress,and the average annual growth rate is on the rise.it is proposed to optimize the input of production factors,improve the scale efficiency;strengthen the research and popularization of agricultural technology,promote the progress of agricultural technology,increase fiscal expenditure and improve agricultural production efficiency.
