数字普惠金融与农业现代化耦合协调研究

基于2012-2021年全国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,构建了农业现代化综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法测度了农业现代化综合发展水平,运用耦合协调度模型测算了数字普惠金融与农业现代化的耦合协调度.结果表明:数字普惠金融与农业现代化发展水平显著提升,数字普惠金融呈现出东强西弱的特点,农业现代化发展空间格局未有较大变化;数字普惠金融的发展速度快于农业现代化,且两个系统的增幅均表现为西部地区增速快于东部地区的特征;数字普惠金融和农业现代化耦合协调度稳步上升,由轻度失调转化为中级协调,且目前已有26个省份进入协调发展阶段.基于此,提出了实现数字普惠金融、农业现代化均衡发展,提高耦合协调效果等对策建议.
Research on Coupling and Coordination of Digital Inclusive Finance and Agricultural Modernization
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2012 to 2021,a comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural modernization was built,and the entropy method was used to measure the comprehensive development level of agricultural modernization and the coupling coordination degree model was used to measure the coupling coordination degree of digital inclusive finance and agricultural modernization.The results show that the development level of digital inclusive finance and agricultural modernization has been significantly improved.Digital inclusive finance exhibits the characteristics of being strong in the east and weak in the west,and the spatial pattern of agricultural modernization has not changed greatly.The development of digital financial inclusion is faster than agricultural modernization,and the growth rate of both systems is faster in western regions than in eastern regions.The coupling coordination degree of digital inclusive finance and agricultural modernization has increased steadily,transforming from mild imbalance to mid-level coordination.At present,26 provinces have entered the stage of coordinated development.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to achieve the balanced development of digital inclusive finance and agricultural modernization and improve the coupling and coordination development.
