Research on Restoration of Soil Function in Washed Tail Soil by Soil Remediation Agents
To investigate the impact of soil remediation agents on the functional rejuvenation of washed tail soil,a pot experiment was conducted. This study aimed to assess the growth condition of sweet sorghum planted in washed tail soil supplemented with soil remediation agents.Additionally, the experiment monitored changes in soil organic matter pH value,EC value, bulk density, water holding porosity,as well as the microbial community structure and diversity. The results showed that in comparison to the untreated leaching tail soil group,pH value and bulk density of the soil decreased upon the addition of soil remediation agents.Conversely, the EC value, water holding porosity and organic matter content and soil microbial diversity increased.Sweet sorghum growth was optimal when 5%soil remediation agent was added, soil and microbial diversity was relatively good.In conclusion, incorporating 5%soil remediation agent can restore the functionality of washed tail soil, enhance the growth of sweet sorghum, and cater to the growth requirements of sweet sorghum at the seedling stage.
