Research Progress in Effects of Soil Aggregates on Soil Microbial Community
Soil aggregate is a significant component of soil and a basic unit of soil structure, which can evaluate the quality of soil.Soil microorganisms are indispensable components in soil, which play an important role in the release of mineral nutrients in soil, substance conversion, nutrient cycling and other processes.Soil aggregate is the most important living and active environment in soil. Most of the substance conversion and energy cycling in soil are mediated by soil aggregates. Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of soil aggregates and soil microorganisms and clarify their interaction mechanism. In this paper, the research progress of soil aggregates and the effects of soil aggregates on soil microbial communities were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical basis for future research in related fields.
