外源ABA、ZR及IAA对甘薯脱毒苗生长及结薯的影响

以甘薯品种龙薯9号的脱毒试管苗为试验材料,采用盆栽基质培养、向根部营养液加入植物激素的处理方式,设置单因素试验,分别探究了0(CK)、0.7、7.0、14.0 mg/L的ABA与IAA,以及0(CK)、0.8、8.0、16.0 mg/L ZR对脱毒苗根生长发育及结薯的影响.结果表明:0.8 mg/L ZR处理的单株结薯数和单株薯重分别较CK提高2.25个和5.93 g;0.7 mg/L ABA处理的单株结薯数和单株薯重分别较CK提高2.00个和5.43 g;14 mg/L IAA处理可显著增加脱毒苗的根长和茎长.综上所述,在脱毒薯生产过程中,根部施加0.7 mg/L ABA或0.8 mg/L ZR均可显著增加脱毒苗的单株结薯数和单株薯重,根部添加14 mg/L IAA可显著促进脱毒苗根与茎的伸长.本试验结果可为脱毒种薯种苗高效生产提供技术支撑.
Effects of Exogenous ABA,ZR and IAA on Growth and Tuber Setting of Virus-free Sweet Potato Seedlings
The virus-free test tube seedlings of sweet potato variety'Longshu No.9'were cultured in pot medium,and plant hormones were added to the root nutrient solution.The influence of 0(CK),0.7,7 and 14 mg/L ABA,and IAA and 0(CK),0.8,8 and 16 mg/L ZR on the growth and tuber setting of virus-free sweet potato seedlings by a single factor experiment.The results showed that the number of potatoes and potato weight of 0.8 mg/L ZR treatment increased by 2.25 and 5.93 g compared with CK,and the number of potatoes and potato weight of 0.7 mg/L ABA treatment increased by 2.00 and 5.43 g.The 14 mg/L IAA treatment could significantly increase the length of root and stem.In conclusion,during the production of virus-free potato,0.7 mg/L ABA or 0.8 mg/L ZR applied to the root can significantly increase the number of nodules and weight of the potato,and the addition of 14 mg/L IAA to the root can promote the elongation of the root and stem of the seedlings.The result can provide technical support for the efficient production of virus-free seed potato seedlings.
