Measurement and Path Selection of High-quality Development Level of County Economy in Yanchuan
The index system of county economy high-quality development level was constructed from five dimensions,such as economic vitality,development potential,urban and rural synergy,ecological strength and governance effectiveness.The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method was used to measure the high-quality development level of county economy in Yanchuan,and the results were compared with those of 10 counties(cities)in Yan'an City.The results show that the comprehensive index of high quality economic development level in Yanchuan County is 0.413,ranking fourth.The comprehensive indexes of economic vitality,development potential,urban-rural synergy,ecological strength and governance effectiveness of Yanchuan County are 0.684,0.233,0.334,0.393 and 0.687,respectively.From a regional perspective,although Yanchuan County has not reached(or equalized)the average level in terms of development potential,urban-rural synergy and ecological strength,it has exceeded the average level in terms of economic vitality and governance effectiveness of northern counties(cities)of Yan'an City.The average level of counties(cities)in the middle of Yan'an City is more balanced than that in the north in five dimensions,and the average level of high-quality economic development of counties(cities)in the south is higher than that in the north except for governance effectiveness.Finally,the author puts forward that the coordinated development of three industries can stimulate the vitality of regional economic development.Scientific and technological innovation drives the high-quality development of industrial enterprises.We should improve the quality of fiscal and taxation,and enhance the ability to provide financial support.Cultural and tourism integration enhances tourism market competitiveness.We should comprehensively establish and improve a talent mechanism to promote high-quality economic development,and further strengthen the construction of ecological civilization and other policy inspiration with green development as the guide.
