Research Coupling Coordination Measurement of Technological Innovation,Rural Industry and Economic Development at County Level:A Case Study of 14 Counties(Districts)in Guangxi
The 14 counties(districts)in Guangxi were taken as the empirical research objects, and the analytic hierarchy proces(AHP),entropy weight evaluation method and combination weighting approach were used to evaluate the development level of technological innovation, rural industry and economic development level in the case counties(districts)from 2020 to 2022.The coupling coordination degree and relative development degree of binary and ternary system in 14 counties(districts)were measured by coupling coordination degree model. The result shows that:(1)The scientific and technological innovation, rural industrial development and economic development index of each county(district)show the characteristics of low-score aggregation, fluctuating ascent, and obvious regional disparities.(2)The two systems in each county(district)are in a run-in development stage in which the average coupling coordination degree increases year by year. The average coupling coordination degree of the three systems is higher than that of the two systems, which is in the coupling development stage. Most counties(districts)have obvious lagging phenomenon of technological development.(3)This paper puts forward some suggestions such as accelerating the implementation of actions to improve the county's scientific and technological innovation ability, increasing policy support for the innovation of county characteristic industries, vigorously implementing the technological special project for the revitalization of rural characteristic industries, and accelerating the construction of a multi-sectoral innovation synergy mechanism.
