Measurement of Digital Rural Construction Level and Its Influencing Factors Based on Spatial Durbin Model
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(municipalities/districts)in China from 2016 to 2022,the evaluation index system of digital rural construction level was constructed from four dimensions:digital infrastructure construction, rural digital industry, rural digital life and rural digital governance, and the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to measure it.The influencing factors and spatial spillover effect of the digital rural construction were further explored according to the spatial Durbin model. The results show that:(1)In terms of the growth rate and average annual growth rate, the level of digital rural construction in China is the highest in the east, the second in the middle, the second in the west, and the lowest in the northeast, which has obvious"Matthew effect"and spatial dependence.(2)In terms of regions,Zhejiang Province has the highest level of digital village construction, and Shanxi Province has the fastest development of digital rural construction during the observation period.(3)Population age structure and urbanization level are negatively correlated with the level of digital rural construction, while R&D intensity and farmers'income level are positively correlated with the level of digital rural construction.(4)Regional development level has a positive spatial spillover effect, while R&D intensity and urbanization level have a negative spatial spillover effect.
