大麻种质资源萌发期耐冷性鉴定及筛选

为筛选大麻萌发期耐冷性鉴定指标,挖掘大麻耐冷性种质资源,对21份大麻种质资源进行萌发期耐冷性鉴定及筛选.结果表明:供试大麻种质资源中11个耐冷指标变异系数的变化范围为16.652%~155.576%;通过主成分分析选出3个具有代表性因子作为大麻耐冷性筛选与评价的重要指标,分别为相对发芽指数、相对发芽系数和相对胚根长;根据隶属函数值筛选出强耐冷性资源1份,冷敏感性资源1份;21份大麻种质资源萌发期的耐冷性存在显著差异,具有丰富的遗传多样性,可为大麻种质资源耐冷性鉴定及耐冷品种选育提供基础材料和理论基础.
Identification and Screening of Cold Tolerance of Hemp Germplasm Resources in Germination Period
In order to screen the identification indicators of hemp cold tolerance during the germination period and explore the germplasm resources of cold tolerance in hemp,the cold tolerance of 21 hemp germplasm resources during the germination period was identified and screened.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of the 11 cold tolerance indicators in the tested hemp germplasm resources ranged from 16.652%to 155.576%.Three representative factors were quantified by principal component analysis,namely relative germination index,relative germination coefficient and relative embryonic root length,which can be used as important indicators for screening and evaluating the cold tolerance of hemp.One resource with strong cold tolerance and one resource with cold sensitivity were selected based on the membership function values.There are significant differences in cold tolerance among 21 hemp germplasm resources during the germination period,indicating rich genetic diversity.This study can provide basic materials and theoretical basis for the identification of cold tolerance of hemp germplasm resources and the selection of cold-tolerant varieties.
