摘要
在分析盐城市农业全产业链发展现状的基础上,剖析了盐城农业全产业链发展在精深加工、品牌建设、人才供给、智慧农业及产业链协同等方面的制约因素;提出了建立水平高、增值多的农产品精深加工体系,渠道广、口碑好的农业标志性品牌体系,导向明、定位准的复合型人才培养体系,覆盖全、质效优的农业生产信息化体系以及效率高、带动力强的农业产业链协同体系等推进盐城特色农业全产业链高质量发展的对策建议,以期为以新质生产力引领的农业强市建设提供有意义的参考.
Abstract
Based on an analysis of the current development status of whole agricultural industry chain in Yancheng,the paper examines the constraints faced in various aspects such as deep processing,brand building,talent supply,smart agriculture and industry chain synergy.The proposed countermeasures include deep processing system of high-level and value-added agricultural products,the agricultural brand system of wide channels and good reputation,the compound talent training system of oriented and accurate positioning,covering the entire,high-quality agricultural production information system and high efficiency,strong agricultural industry chain coordination system.The aim is to provide meaningful references for promoting the development of Yancheng's distinctive whole agricultural industry chain and leading the construction of a strong agricultural city with new quality productive forces.
