摘要

水产养殖业是我国渔业生产的支柱产业,同时也是高投入、高产出、高风险的"三高"产业.极端自然灾害、水域环境污染和突发疫情等因素会给水产养殖户造成巨大损失.以清远市清新区饲料鳜养殖为例,针对平安产险为清远市清新区饲料鳜推广设计的保险产品和"保险+信贷"的复合功能模式进行了分析,系统梳理了广东省水产养殖产业以及养殖保险产业发展面临的风险,并提出了完善监督管理体系、建立风险分散机制、结合科技和金融大力推广"保险+"模式等建议.

Abstract

Aquaculture is the key industry of fishery production in China,meanwhile,it is also a high-input,high-output and high-risk industry.Extreme natural disasters,pollution of the aquatic environment and outbreaks of epidemics will cause huge losses to the aquaculture industry.This paper took Siniperca chuats breeding in Qingxin District of Qingyuan City as an example,analyzed the insurance products designed by Ping An General Insurance for the promotion of Siniperca chuats in Xinxin District of Qingyuan City,and the composite function model of"insurance+credit",summarized the risks facing the development of aquaculture industry and aquaculture insurance industry in Guangdong Province,and put forward some suggestions to improve the supervision and management system,establish a risk diversification mechanism,and vigorously promote the"insurance+"model by combining technology and finance.
