广西农业社会化服务对农业生产的影响研究

摘要
基于2013-2021年广西统计数据构建了评价指标体系,采用熵值法和DEA模型测算了广西农业社会化服务水平和农业生产效率水平,采用灰色关联度和偏最小二乘回归模型分析了农业社会化服务对农业生产的影响.结果表明:广西农业社会化服务发展水平逐年上升,各分项服务之间变化差异较大;农业生产效率总体不断上升,但受规模效率影响,大多年份处于DEA无效状态;信息服务与农业生产效率、农业产业结构和农业收入的关联度最大;流通服务对农业生产效率、农业产业结构和农业收入的促进作用最明显.鉴于此,提出了促进广西农业社会化服务体系发展、加强广西农业社会化服务中弱项服务以及提高广西农业生产效率发展水平的对策建议.
Abstract
The evaluation index system was established based on the statistical data of Guangxi from 2013 to 2021,and the level of agricultural socialized services and the level of agricultural productivity were measured by the entropy value method and the DEA model.The impact of agricultural socialized services on agricultural production was analyzed by grey correlation degree and partial least squares regression model.The results show that the development level of agricultural socialized services in Guangxi continues to rise,with huge differences in changes between sub-services.Agricultural production efficiency has been rising in general,but is in the ineffective state of DEA due to the influence of scale efficiency.Information services have the highest correlation with agricultural production efficiency,agricultural industrial structure and agricultural income.Circulation services have the most obvious promoting effect on agricultural production efficiency,agricultural industrial structure and agricultural income.In view of this,the following countermeasures are put forward:promoting the development of agricultural socialized service system,strengthening the weak service level of agricultural socialized service and improving the development level of agricultural production efficiency in Guangxi.
