Effect of Different Hydraulic Retention Time on Metabolites in Anaerobic Fermentation Based on Non-targeted Metabolomics Technology
Non-targeted metabolomics technology GC-MS,principal component analysis, orthogonal partial least squares analysis, cluster analysis, differential metabolite metabolic pathway analysis and volcano plot analysis were used to analyze the differences of metabolites in anaerobic fermentation with different hydraulic retention time. The results showed that a total of 369 known named metabolites were identified,of which organic acids, amino acids and derivatives and aromatic compounds accounted for the highest proportion, accounting for 39.57%of the total metabolites.According to the criteria of VIP≥1 and P<0.05,FC≥2.0 and FC≤0.5 in the OPLS-DA model,474 differential metabolites were screened,of which 48 were known. With the shortening of hydraulic retention time, valeric acid, hexanoic acid, benzoic acid and 3-phenylpropionic acid showed a significant decrease first and then increase. In conclusion, the results can provide a scientific basis for the metabolic regulation of biogas production by anaerobic fermentation.
