黄河流域数字普惠金融与农业科技创新水平耦合协调研究

基于2011-2022年黄河流域9个省区的面板数据,通过熵值法、耦合协调模型以及相对发展度模型对黄河流域数字普惠金融与农业科技创新水平的耦合协调度进行了评价与分析,研究了黄河流域数字普惠金融与农业科技创新发展对我国农业高质量发展以及经济社会可持续发展的重要意义.结果表明:在时间维度上黄河流域数字普惠金融发展和农业科技创新水平两者的耦合协调度呈现上升趋势,在空间维度上呈现"下游高上游低"的发展格局,且各省区耦合协调发展类型存在显著差异.针对黄河流域不同省区数字普惠金融与农业科技创新水平的耦合协调发展类型,提出了建立长效的数字普惠金融与农业科技创新水平的良性互补机制、推动农业科技创新平台建设、完善科技人才培养体系、支持和鼓励数字普惠金融创新发展等政策建议.
Research on Coupling and Coordination of Digital Inclusive Finance and Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation in Yellow River Basin
Based on panel data from 9 provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2022,the paper evaluates and analyzes the coupling coordination degree between digital inclusive finance and agricultural technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin through entropy method,coupling coordination model and development degree model,and studies the significance of digital inclusive finance and agricultural science and technology innovation development in the Yellow River basin for high-quality agricultural development and sustainable economic and social development in China.The results show that the coupling and coordination degree between the development level of digital inclusive finance and agricultural technology innovation in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise in time,and shows a trend of"high downstream and low upstream"in space.Moreover,there are significant differences in the types of coupling and coordination development among different provinces and regions.This article proposes policy recommendations for the coupling and coordinated development of digital inclusive finance and agricultural technology innovation in different provinces and regions of the Yellow River Basin,including establishing a long-term benign complementary mechanism between digital inclusive finance and agricultural technology innovation,promoting the construction of agricultural technology innovation platforms,improving the system for cultivating scientific and technological talents,and supporting and encouraging the innovative development of digital inclusive finance.
