江西水稻大面积均衡增产制约因素及其对策研究

摘要
为深入贯彻习近平总书记视察江西作出的"要把粮食增产的重心放到大面积提高单产上"重要指示,江西省农业技术推广中心组成调研队从良种、良田、良法、良机、良制等5个方面展开了调研,着重分析了江西省水稻大面积均衡增产的制约因素,并针对性提出对策建议,以期提升该省粮食产能、促进农民增收,实现农业高质量可持续发展.
Abstract
In order to thoroughly implement the important instruction made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Jiangxi Province to focus on increasing grain production and improving yield on a large scale,a research team was formed by Jiangxi Agricultural Technology Extension Center.We focus on analyzing the constraints that hinder the balanced and large-scale increase in rice production in our province from five aspects of improved varieties,improved farmland,improved methods,improved machinery,and improved systems,and proposing targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the grain production capacity of Jiangxi,increase farmers'income,and achieve high-quality sustainable agricultural development.
