Measurement of Fresh Produce Supply Chain Resilience Level and Analysis of Influencing Factors
Based on the provincial panel data from 2013 to 2022,this paper adopts the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure the resilience level of fresh produce supply chain, and analyzes the regional differences and influencing factors with the help of Dagum's Gini coefficient and the two-way fixed effect model,in order to provide useful references for improving the resilience of fresh produce supply chain. The results show that at the national level, the resilience level of China's fresh produce supply chain is generally on the rise, but there is a fluctuating upward trend during 2020~2022 due to the impact of the new crown epidemic. At the regional level, the resilience level of fresh produce supply chain is strongest in the eastern region and weakest in the western region, and there are regional differences in the resilience level of fresh produce supply chain and different driving factors in each region. From the perspective of influencing factors, government support, scientific and technological innovation capacity, and population size are the main positive factors, while farmers'disposable income and infrastructure construction are the main obstacles.Accordingly, countermeasures are proposed to enhance the supply chain resilience of fresh agricultural products.
