The Diverse Cognition of Common Prosperity and the Achievement of Consensus
The social consensus on common prosperity serves as the spiritual core for building a society ori-ented towards common prosperity and acts as the intrinsic motivation to advance along a new path that transcends the established path of human social development. However, the overall theoretical and practical connotations of common prosperity suggest that in a complex developmental environment under restrictive developmental conditions based on a limiting developmental foundation, the process of prac-ticing common prosperity is inevitably fraught with numerous contradictions and tensions. In this con-text,tensions between social cognition and national construction, social cognition and information dis-semination,as well as the objective limitations and subjective transcendence of social cognition are in-tensifying.At the same time, the mechanisms for shaping social consensus—such as cognition shaping, environmental shaping and perception shaping are relatively lagging behind, resulting in the diversifica-tion of social cognition regarding common prosperity. In order to guide society toward consensus on ba-sic,foundational,principled and directional issues, while allowing for cognitive differences at specific levels and dimensions that do not affect the minimum level of social cohesion and unity.By focusing on the selective and differentiated interpretation of common prosperity information by multiple subjects, collating the concerns and discourse patterns of different subjects regarding common prosperity,eluci-dating the reasons for the diversification of cognition on common prosperity,it subsequently proposes ideas for building systems and mechanisms to achieve this goal under the"powerful conditions"and"favorable conditions"for reaching a consensus on common prosperity.
