Firstly,the author gives a brief introduction to China’s current bond market,and then summarize itscharacteristics. By comparing and analyzing the data in U.S,this paper points out the major problems in China. After learning from the experience of foreign mature market,the author makes suggestions for domestic bond market reform to start with.Also to enlighten ourcontinuing and in-depth thoughts on the perfection direction and pace for China’s bond market.
