摘要

建立了以斜圆锥为特征形体的偏置料斗的数学模型,得到其曲面交线的方程.基于Pro/E三维软件,创建了理想的料斗3D模型,检测其曲面的可展性,并利用“展平面组”的高级功能生成其精确的展开图,进一步利用Pro/E行为建模模块中的“UDA”分析功能,从放样的边沿曲线上提取了点坐标,为在数控机上自动下料提供了精确的数据.该方法不仅可以自动生成复杂曲面形体板件的展开图,且下料成形后曲线均匀光滑,焊口吻合整齐,焊缝质量高,有效解决了偏置料斗放样的难题,保证了其加工质量,对工程实际应用具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract

The mathematical model is set up with the characteristic for the cone form bias hopper, and the equation of the intersection line for curved surfaces is obtained. Based on 3D software Pro/E, the ideal hopper 3D model is created, and the malleability of surface can be detected. Using "unfold plane group" function, the precise unfold figure is generated. Further Using Pro/E behavior modeling module of the " UDA" analysis function, the precise data is provided for the automatic feeding of numerical control machine from the edge of the lofting curve to extraction point coordinates. This method can not only automatically generate the plate drawings for complicated surface form, but also the curve for the material formed is smooth, and welded junction connect trimly. The problem of bias hopper layout is resolved effectively, the process quality is ensured and practical application of project has the important meaning.
