一种新型组合式弯曲型金属阻尼器性能研究

为解决U形阻尼器承载能力低、耗能性差的问题,文中提出了由U形金属板与X形金属板组成的一种新型组合式弯曲型金属阻尼器,基于随动强化模型对阻尼器进行静力循环模拟加载,采用ABAQUS软件进行仿真研究,发现组合式金属阻尼器滞回性能和承载能力均有提高,比U形阻尼器承载能力提高了 24%,根据材料屈服强度的理论分析,当X形金属板的材料屈服应力大于307.38 MPa时,组合式金属阻尼器可实现双级屈服效果,仿真中选用Q235B钢U形板和Q345B钢X形板,组合式金属阻尼器取得了较好的双阶段屈服效果.
Mechanical performance of new combined bending metallic damper
Since the U-shaped damper suffers low capacity in load carrying and poor performance in energy dissipation,in this article efforts are made to develop a new combined bending metallic damper,which consists of both U-shaped X-shaped me-tallic plates.Cyclic loading is applied to the new combined bending metallic damper based on the dependent reinforcement mod-el;the simulation is carried out by means of the ABAQUS software.The simulation results show that the new combined bending metallic damper's hysteresis performance and capacity in load carrying have improved.The capacity in load carrying has enhanced by 24%compared with that of the U-shaped metallic damper.According to the theoretical analysis on the yield stress of materials,when the X-shaped metallic plate's yield stress is greater than 307.38 MPa,the combined bending metallic damper achieves the effect of two-stage yield.In the simulation,when Q235B steel is selected for the U-shaped metallic plate and Q345B steel is select-ed for the X-shaped metallic plate,the combined bending metallic damper ensures a higher standard of two-stage yield effect.
