Design method of takeout e-bikes based on grounded theory and SEM
In order to improve the current situation of the lack of exclusive design and low user satisfaction of takeout e-bikes,a design method of takeout e-bikes combining grounded theory and SEM was proposed to improve user satisfaction. The user original data were collected through semi-structured interviews, and three-level decoding method was introduced to construct the indicators of satisfaction factors. The weight of each dimension of the influence factor model was obtained using questionnaire method combined with structural equation model. The design elements were determined according to the influence weight. The design scheme of takeout e-bikes was optimized to obtain the improvement and innovation direction of takeout e-bikes.The System Usability Scale(SUS)was used to verify the feasibility of the design solution. This method highlighted the relationships between design elements and product satisfaction. This could provide new ideas for system design and optimization of such products, and provide references for the design of takeout e-bikes.
