核工程中部分核设备需要在厂房内翻转,现有翻转工艺无法完全满足工程需要,特别是大型薄壁容器及异形核设备的翻转.文中总结了框架式翻转工艺,基于框架式翻转架的功能分析,提出了 一套框架式翻转架结构设计方法,并在大型薄壁容器及异形核设备的翻转上成功应用,为工程中核设备翻转框架设计提供技术借鉴.
Design and application of frame-typed upending structure
Some nuclear equipment is required to be upended in the plants,the existing upending technology fails to fully meet the requirement of various projects,especially for large thin-walled vessels and special-shaped nuclear equipment.In this article,the frame-typed upending technology is summarized,and the method to design the frame-typed upending structure is pro-posed through the function analysis.The results are successfully applied to upend those large thin-walled vessels and special-shaped nuclear equipment,which provides technical reference for the design of upending frames of nuclear equipment in terms of engineering.
