摘要

文中从空间机构连接分离实验教学入手,查找分析传统实验教学立足于新工科建设课程的不足,采用信息化虚拟仿真技术与宇航科研成果相融合的方式进行机构虚拟仿真实验平台的建设,探索新工科建设环境下实验教学的新方法.注重知识点与能力的融合,去专业知识碎片化,以学生为中心,以虚促实绿色取向的理念,论述空间机构连接分离虚拟仿真实验教学新方法的必要性.阐述空间机构连接分离虚拟仿真实验平台建设的内容,最后,进行虚拟仿真实验教学演示,为新工科建设航空宇航制造工程专业实验教学提供有力的支撑.

Abstract

Starting from the experimental teaching of space mechanism connection and separation,this article explores the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching based on the construction of new engineering courses;the integration of the infor-mation-oriented virtual-simulation technology and the scientific research achievements in aerospace is used to set up a virtual-sim-ulation experimental platform for space mechanism and explore new methods of experimental teaching in the context of new engi-neering.Efforts are made to combine knowledge and capabilities as well as remove fragmentation of professional knowledge;with the focus on the students,the green-oriented concept of"virtual promoting real"is adopted.Firstly,the analysis is conducted on the necessity of proposing a new virtual-simulation experimental-teaching method for space mechanism's connection and separa-tion.Then,the details of the virtual-simulation experiment platform are illustrated.Finally,the process of virtual-simulation ex-perimental teaching is demonstrated.This study provides strong support for experimental teaching in terms of aerospace manufac-turing and engineering in the context of new engineering.
