Ergonomic analysis and improved design of backhoe loader cab based on Jack
In order to improve the comfort of backhoe loader cab,the human body model modeling analysis method was used to determine H-point position and establish a human-machine simulation system for the backhoe loader cab.The human-machine analysis software Jack was used as a tool to carry out human-machine rationality analysis of multiple working postures from the three aspects of driver visibility, accessibility and comfort. The optimization design of the center console interface and control component layout was performed based on the simulation results. The verification results showed that the driver's visual field had been improved, the common control components were located within the driver's comfortable and accessible range. The comfort of multiple working postures had been improved.Through the human-machine rationality analysis of multiple working postures using human-machine simulation software, the design flaws in the backhoe loader cab were more accurately discovered. This would provide a certain reference for research on the layout design of engineering machinery equipment cabs for complex human-machine systems.
