汽车水泵的装配精度直接影响其冷却能力,为解决汽车水泵装配完成以后关键装配尺寸的自动测量问题,并使测量装置便于集成到自动装配线上,以提高测量精度和效率,从而保证水泵装配质量,减少不合格品率.文中运用TRIZ理论,对自动测量装置设计中存在的问题和技术矛盾进行分析,基于TRIZ发明原理解决技术矛盾,提出了 自动测量装置的模块化设计方案;基于机电一体化设计理念对自动测量装置的机械结构、电气控制和上位机数据处理软件进行了设计;在物理样机上进行了装配尺寸的自动测量试验,并对测量精度和重复性进行了计算和分析,验证了设计的有效性.
Design of automatic measuring device for assembly dimensions of automobile water pump based on TRIZ
The automobile water pump's accuracy in assembly directly affects its cooling capacity.After the task of assem-bly is completed,the key assembly dimensions are measured automatically;it is necessary to integrate the measuring device into the automatic assembly line in a proper manner,so as to improve the accuracy and efficiency in measurement,ensure the assem-bly quality and reduce the rate of nonconforming products.In this article,the TRIZ theory is used to analyze both the problems and the technical contradictions in the design of such automatic measuring devices.Based on the invention principle of TRIZ,a modular design scheme is proposed to solve the technical contradictions.According to the concept of mechatronics design,efforts are made to design the automatic measuring device's mechanical structure,electrical control system,and data-processing software on the upper computer.The experiment of automatic measurement of assembly dimensions is conducted on the physical prototype;both the accuracy and repeatability in measurement are calculated and analyzed to verify that this design is effective.
