As an important part of the roll grinder,the center frame plays an important role in supporting and unloading.In this article,based on a high-precision CNC roll grinder,the center frame's hydraulic lubrication system is designed.The model of the hydraulic lubrication system is set up and simulated with the help of the AMESim software.The analytical results show that the diameter of the static pressure fixed piston of the side and bottom pads,the rod diameter of the static pressure fixed piston and the set flow of the speed-regulating valve have significant influence on the static pressure chamber's oil-pres-sure characteristics in the system.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the three parameters affecting the static pressure chamber's oil-pressure characteristics in the system.It is shown that the static pressure chamber's oil-pressure stability in the center frame's hydraulic lubrication system has significantly improved,and the time to reach the stability has significantly shortened,which verifies that the optimization is rationale.This study provides theoretical basis for design and optimization of hydraulic lubrication systems for roll grinders.
