平衡式振动输送机动力学特性分析

文中以某型平衡式振动输送机为研究对象,建立了振动输送机虚拟样机模型,并进行了试验验证.基于已验证的虚拟样机,讨论不同参数对振动输送机动力学特性的影响.结果表明:振槽加速度不受摇杆橡胶弹簧扭转刚度及阻尼系数的影响,曲轴偏心距增加、摇杆数量减少会提高振槽加速度;摇杆橡胶弹簧阻尼系数与曲轴偏心距减小都会使驱动扭矩降低,摇杆橡胶弹簧扭转刚度设计值为13 N·m/(°)或摇杆数量为8对时,驱动扭矩最小,说明此两种情况下激振频率接近振动系统共振频率,符合振动输送机利用共振原理工作的特点.
Analysis on dynamic characteristics of balanced vibration conveyor
In this article,the model of virtual prototype is set up for the balanced vibration conveyor,and then it is veri-fied by some experiments.On this basis,efforts are made to explore the influence of different parameters on the balanced vi-bration conveyor's dynamic characteristics.The results show that the vibration groove's acceleration is not affected by the rocker rubber spring's torsional stiffness and damping coefficient;both the ever-growing crankshaft eccentricity and the re-duced number of the rocker rods will increase the vibration groove's acceleration.The reduced damping coefficient and crankshaft eccentricity will shorten the driving torque.When the rocker rubber spring's torsional stiffness is 13 N·m/(°)or the number of the rocker rods is 8 pairs,the driving torque reaches the minimum.The results show that the excitation fre-quency is close to the resonance frequency of the vibration system,which accords with the resonance principle when the vi-bration conveyor is running.
